Phil has just recently joined New England Waterproofing bringing with him a wealth of experience spanning nearly 30 years in the Construction Industry. In recent years Phil has provided Masonry & Concrete Restoration Services in addition to Waterproofing Services for Existing Building Conditions, Renovations and New Construction for both the Private and Public Sectors. Phil has been involved with a vast number of Industrial, Institutional, Multi-residential, Commercial Office and Retail Projects of varying complexities.

Carson is a 1982 graduate of Wesleyan University and has a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. He has been with New England Waterproofing since 2002, and in the trades since 1986. Carson is a die-hard Red Sox fan and is still playing ball in two amateur baseball leagues.
